THEY CAME THATWAY. I am only giving it 4 stars because it was tricky to get this installed. Then went to sony service, they instantly replaced it without hesitation. I asked that question on how to in the questions and they told me how to do it ind if it didn’t work then they’d send me another set as a replacement for a defective product. Ordered these for my daughter who wanted jelly sandals. Colour not quite as expected I tried this Sketchers for Work-Men as an alternative not only for work but for formal occasion. The USB outlets are lit with a blue LED. however, after just a month of usage, Im having issues with the microphone. The fit is perfect and seems secure.
