Not sure if the next size up would be better or too big. However I cannot use those bulky bar pads because they are uncomfortable for me and make the bar feel so far from my back. They fit much bigger than usual so i had to go down a size but amazon was very good and speedy at exchanging them for me. Comes with three silicon ear plugs sizes. First couple of meetings were miserable with mics that didnt pick everyone up and speakers giving feedback. youre not getting surround sound, and certainly not 7. However, the mounting plates were so crooked that it would never had laid flat on wall. Then I noticed the stitching around the heel was separating the slipper from the sole. Its absolutely adorable Brilliant fit and comfortable.
