Several reviews said that the suction wouldnt work, but I think either they had defective ones, or they just didnt attach it properly. They are more comfortable with a good cushioning sole and dont look as though they will break. Mine(only used on my laptop), the left-side speaker stopped working by May. The only mug that will fit it is a tapered one, and you better make sure it fits before you buy the mug. I got a little over an hour for talk time, and then I charged them back up again. I ended up playing around with the different connection option with the headset on and in my ears until I heard sound from the TV, but that was a bit confusing because I had to toggle through the unit settings with each different connection. I am so surprised at the clarity they have given me I listen to my music as well as talking on the phone. There is nothing in the instructions on what direction they should be in. That is why I give this 5 stars and would give 50 if I could! This was definitely a two person job to make sure it was level.
