I have taken very good care of these headphones and the problem is clearly internal. Sweating all day, heavy rain, kayaking, even forgot they were in my ears when I jumped in my pool. This is after charging overnight so theoretically should be 100%. If not, my advice would be to turn the sensor off in the app. zum Cloud 2, ist die 130,- Euro Aufpreis nicht wert. But I also wore it today (Chicago’s 2nd winter) with leggings under and a denim coat and it was cute too! I’ve bought different earbuds from amazon and most of the time they are usually have a not so good sound or bad build quality. Good build quality and comfort. I cant believe the reviews of people complaining about sound quality or loudness. It sounds like a cheap Chinese radio.
