This is a poorly designed product with cheap materials and quality. Went to put them back on the next day and the back pull strap broke, there are not made like they used to be. Positioning these plates under the cross piece and tightening the nuts to hold the kayak holders took about five minutes for both holders. They fit just fine too. Id say youd only be limited by the strength of the carabiner. I put tights on, theyre still too small & narrow. Battery life has been insane too! I would not Buy them again. I prefer socks since I am very sensitive and hate the feeling of walking barefoot. I love these flip flops!
