They have just enough grip that I dont fall, yet I still have a lot of movement and am able to do pirouettes and turns just fine. While the stabilizers got stuck on the Hunstman Elite, the Huntsman TKL will red linear switches does not get stuck. But it is well worth the work. The headsets are comfortable, even though the pads just seal the ear rather than completely covering it, like pilot headphones.
